The RNATT, or Rabies Virus Neutralising Antibody Titre, Test measures the level of rabies antibodies in your pet's bloodstream following vaccination which is an important step for meeting the entry requirements of several countries and reducing or eliminating quarantine periods. Countries requiring this test include Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, and Japan, among others. It is advisable to keep your RNATT certificate current, as it expires annually, especially if you might relocate in the future to a country where these certificates are mandatory. Keeping all documentation consistent and up-to-date will ensure smooth and safe travels for your pet.
